GMA200 Series Control Panels

Advanced controller packages for combustible, oxygen and toxic gases, housed in a protective enclosure.

GfG control panels offer scalable controller configurations inside an easy-to-install wall mounted protective enclosure. The control panel boxes are available in a variety of sizes to house various GfG controller and relay module configurations and can accommodate a horn/strobe. The enclosure is made of an opaque, polycarbonate material rated at IP68 NEMA 4X.

Fixed transmitters monitor combustible or toxic gases and vapors present in the ambient air as well as the oxygen concentration. A controller centrally displays the measured gas concentrations and processes the incoming signals. The GfG control panel for the GMA200 Series controllers are ideal for environments where dust, debris.

Versatile application possibilities
The GMA200 Series controllers and the connected transmitters form a fixed gas detection system for measuring toxic and flammable gases as well as oxygen concentration. Complete controller packages are available in 4-16 channel configurations. Up to 16 analog transmitters or 16 digital transmitters can communicate with the controller through the RS-485 interface. This offers a large number of possible combinations of gases, measuring ranges, measuring points and Ex zones to be monitored simultaneously. The protective housing (IP68) for wall mounting can be installed in almost any location.

Internal relays and extensions
The GMA200-RT and GMA200-RTD relay modules allow safety measures to be implemented in a decentralized manner, reducing the amount of cabling required.

Clear indicators for assessing the hazard situation
The GMA200 Series controllers have a backlit graphic LCD display. The current measured values of the connected transmitters can be viewed on it at any time. In the event of an alarm, the background color changes from green to red. At the same time, LEDs indicate the alarm level and the relay switching states. A local alarm is triggered by bright LEDs and a loud, integrated buzzer (100 dB(A)). An optional stack light horn and strobe can further alert users of an alarm.

Operation, visualization, and data storage
The operation of the controller and the alarm acknowledgement on site are intuitive, using five push buttons. Configuration is possible through the mini-USB interface using a PC and the GMAConfig software. With the optional GMA200-VS software, all measured values and states of the connected transmitters can also be displayed centrally on a PC or monitor. Equipped with a microSD card, the controller permanently stores measured values, average values, alarm events and faults at individually configurable intervals for evaluation.
