Electronics Service Technician
Full-time, 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
DUTIES:
-
Evaluate customer's gas detection units for repair
-
Provide direction/guidance over the phone to customers when needed
-
Calibrate repaired instruments
-
Repair broken instruments
-
Technical support for sales and customers via phone, email or Skype
-
Record detailed information into technician program
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Electronics background with strong Soldering skills
-
Substantial troubleshooting abilities
-
Solid Communication and People skills
-
Computer literate
-
Ability to understand and create documentation
-
Ability to read and understand schematics a plus
-
Knowledge of gases a plus
