Electronics Service Technician

Full-time, 8 hour shift, Monday through Friday, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

DUTIES:

  • Evaluate customer's gas detection units for repair

  • Provide direction/guidance over the phone to customers when needed

  • Calibrate repaired instruments

  • Repair broken instruments

  • Technical support for sales and customers via phone, email or Skype

  • Record detailed information into technician program

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Electronics background with strong Soldering skills

  • Substantial troubleshooting abilities

  • Solid Communication and People skills

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to understand and create documentation

  • Ability to read and understand schematics a plus

  • Knowledge of gases a plus
