Gas monitoring in semiconductor production

A multitude of hazardous materials is required to produce semiconductors. In addition to the inherent dangers acids and caustics as well as cryogens and cyanides pose, one of the most dangerous threats are the vapors and gases they may emit. Our autonomous D-ReX safety system was specifically designed to meet the gas monitoring requirements of the semiconductor manufacturing process: It can be flexibly adjusted to monitor the exact gases that might be a danger in each production step.
