De Microtector II G460 is speciaal ontwikkeld voor persoonlijke bescherming tegen gasgevaren. Dankzij het robuuste ontwerp kan hij worden gebruikt in een breed scala van toepassingen, zoals de staalindustrie, raffinaderijen, rioolbouw en brandweerkorpsen. De compacte multigasdetector bewaakt tot zeven gassen tegelijk. Daartoe is de G460 uitgerust met een warmtetoonsensor voor brandbare gassen en dampen (0 tot 100 % LEL), een infraroodsensor (NDIR) en 3 elektrochemische sensoren voor toxische gassen en zuurstof. Bovendien kan een PID-sensor voor vluchtige organische stoffen (VOC's) worden gebruikt in plaats van een van de EC-sensoren.
