SEMICON EUROPA - Safety in the production of semiconductors
SEMICON is the most important trade show for the semiconductor industry. SEMICON EUROPA 2023 will be held in Munich from November 14 to 17, 2023, together with productronica, and is the meeting place in Europe for the electronics industry and all companies involved in its production chains.
The who's who of the semiconductor industry meets at SEMICON, which offers numerous events on the Asian continent in addition to its European offshoot in Munich and SEMICON West in San Francisco. In addition to numerous manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world, representatives from the field of industrial safety are also present. With its proven and worldwide appreciated gas detection devices GfG may of course not be missing.
At SEMICON EUROPA we will present our new stand-alone solution for monitoring gases in the semiconductor industry. The D-ReX is the alternative to systems like Satellite XT and Midas from Honeywell, PS-7 from New Cosmos and GD-70D from Riken Keiki. It was developed specifically with the known challenges of semiconductor manufacturing processes in mind, but goes beyond previous standards with features such as Bluetooth, Power-over-Ethernet and Line Integrity Monitoring.
Gas monitoring in the semiconductor industry
Many semiconductor manufacturing processes use gases for a variety of purposes. Many of these are highly toxic and pose a health hazard even at low concentrations of a few parts-per-million (ppm). For this reason, reliable monitoring for gases is essential in semiconductor production. We offer a new, versatile solution for this very application that can significantly increase safety in your plant and control the hazards posed by gases.
